Service Agreement for Jersey Shore Psychiatric Services, LLC

1. Scope of Services

The Contractor shall provide the Client with the following services. These services will be offered at varying levels to accommodate the Client’s evolving needs and the scalability of their business:

Digital Growth, Website Update & Marketing Services

●        SEO Services:

o    SEO Phase 2 (Intermediate): Focused on improving organic search rankings and optimizing website performance to drive targeted traffic.

●        Content Marketing & Blogs:

o    Creation of high-quality content and blog posts optimized for SEO to improve the Client’s visibility and engagement online.

●        Advanced Social Media Strategies:

o Developing and executing advanced social media strategies designed to increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

●        Advanced Social Media Automation:

o    Streamlining social media management through automation tools to optimize engagement and scheduling.

●        Website Hosting and Monitoring:

o    Reliable website hosting with monitoring, security, backups, and performance optimization to keep your site fast, safe, and always online.

●        Cloud-Based System:

o    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all Design, implementation, and management of scalable cloud-based infrastructure to support data storage, software applications, and real-time collaboration tools, ensuring accessibility, security, and business continuity from any location.

●        Digital Tools and AI-Based Platforms:

o    The Contractor may utilize third-party digital tools or AI-based platforms to enhance service delivery, including but not limited to content creation, analytics, automation, security monitoring, and system optimization. These tools may include licensed or open-source software, APIs, or AI-powered systems. The Contractor shall use such tools in good faith and with reasonable care. The Contractor shall not be held liable for errors, limitations, or unavailability of such platforms, provided they were selected and used appropriately to fulfill the agreed services.
